Born in 2014, Fit’ Ballet is an original creation of international classical dancer Octavie Escure. It is a skillful blend of ballet and fitness, and it is accessible to everyone. It allows for muscle strengthening while gaining flexibility and elegance. In total, it comprises 6 techniques: Fit’ Ballet Stretch, Fit’ Ballet Ball and Pilate Fusion, Fit’ Ballet Bump Friendly, classical dance, and yoga. No prior dance experience is necessary to practice it.

Fit’ Ballet is very engaging, appealing to a wide range of individuals. Enthusiasts of yoga, step aerobics, professional or beginner dancers, and even pregnant women can partake in this activity. Additionally, there is no specific dress code – you can wear clothing that suits you, as long as it’s form-fitting, such as leotards, leggings, and grippy socks…

Typically, a Fit’ Ballet session is divided into three parts:

  • The first 20 minutes are dedicated to cardio work. This is performed to classic techniques accompanied by a brisk rhythm.
  • Next come 20 minutes of exercises and demi-pliés. Besides improving back posture, this part works on arm positioning.
  • Finally, the remaining 20 minutes are done on the floor and focus on toning the abs!

Fit’ Ballet challenges your tendons to step out of their comfort zones. They are pushed to work differently, emphasizing precise and repetitive movements. While this discipline may seem demanding, when practiced correctly, it ensures long and toned muscles.
